		<description><![CDATA[FYI, by default Windows limiting the internet bandwidth available by 20% for windows automatic updates, so all that left for you is the other 80%. Basically this trick is creating a setting that tell the windows to reserve 0% of bandwidth for automatic updates. So here what we should do,

Click Start
Run
Type gpedit.msc



Go to administrative templates
